Escape to a peaceful self-contained dwelling nestled between the historic villages of Enville and Kinver in the picturesque Staffordshire hills on an 18th century Georgian Estate.
The space
The Butler’s Nook (Annex) offers a spacious en suite bedroom on the first floor where you’ll find both bath and freestanding powerful shower (note Septic Tank, no flushing anything apart of Toilet paper) including toilet paper, towels, bathrobes, sleepers. A king size bed with a built-in TV with 100+ channels and a Chromecast, which allows you to use Netflix, Sky etc. to watch movies from your phone.
Downstairs you find a full kitchen with a table and stools. Appliances include; washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, grill and hob, small fridge/freezer
From the kitchen steps descend to a cozy living space equipped with TV with 100+ channels and a Chromecast, Tablet Samsung Galaxy, oak dining table with seating for four, and a comfortable chesterfield sofa bed and armchair.
It should be noted that the bathroom can only be accessed via the main bedroom; something to consider when booking for more than 2 adult people.
Fast and reliable 4G wi-fi connection and central heating throughout the property.
Please note that as this is a rural location it is not uncommon for wildlife, particularly insects, spiders to occasionally find their way into the property. The entrance and windows are treated regularly to keep this to a minimum, however we feel it only fair to make our guests aware that being surrounded by open fields and woodland it can be unavoidable.
Parking place provided for 1 car only.
Area space of the Butler’s Nook approximately 70.10 square-metres/754.58 square-feet.
Specific outdoor space is provided only for use of yoga exercise, grounding and romantic picnic arrangement, please ask for further information regarding this as it’s only by arrangement with Brindley Hall Ltd.
Guest access
SELF CHECK IN to access property but registration form is required with proof of identity in person to be fully checked in.
Our Guests use only the drive from gate to car park space for the Butler’s Nook as shown in the instructions. Drive around property is strictly private not for guest use.
Please, be so kind to follow Self check in details to find the way from the gate to the Butler’s Nook, even if you are not coming in a motor vehicle. You will need to wait at the gate entrance ensuring it is fully closed before heading in or out of the property due to animals living in the grounds, any gate issues or unauthorized people/vehicles entering the property.
You will have the Nook all to yourself. The courtyard area outside is shared with the main house.
We do not allow additional visitors and unknown vehicles entering the property which includes the grounds! If you wish to discuss this further, please do let us know.
