Explore Kinver’s History

Kinver has a rich history, having been first mentioned in a charter of 736 AD.

Kinver Rock Houses

A huge tourist attraction in the region, Kinver Edge is over 400 acres of land, ideal for walking, cycling and exploring.

It’s also home to an iron age hill fort and several rock houses cut into the sandstone ridge.

Throughout the year, you’re likely to also meet grazing longhorn cattle!
